Sample Expense and Sales Worksheet

Hello Friends! This is for my other bakery business owners on facebook! The spreadsheet I promised you!

Here is the link to an example spreadsheet I made in Google Docs that you should be able to download a copy of and use for yourself!

How to use this:

  1. Download “Google Sheets”.
  2. Open the above link.
  3. Go to “File” in the top left and then select “Make a copy” from the options.
  4. It will ask you where you want to save your copy, select “my drive”.
  5. Now you can fill out the form as you need in your google drive! When you run out of empty rows, right click on the last row above the “total row”, and select “add one row above”. Repeat this as needed. (I’ve added the sum formula to the total row, so just don’t delete that one and you will be good!)
