Make sourdough pierogi hands-on and cook and eat them in class!

Please bring:

-saucepan to boil pierogi

-frying pan and spatula to cook filling

-knife and cutting board

-rolling pin

-2 inch glass or biscuit cutter to cut out pierogi

-any special pierogi fillings you’d like! Jess will provide a potato and onion option!

Location: Proud Mitten Shared Kitchen inside the Plymouth PARC, 650 Church Street, Plymouth, MI
