100% whole wheat sourdough bread made with freshly milled whole wheat flour that is stone ground in-house immediately before the dough is mixed for maximum quality and flavor!

Naturally leavened, and long fermented for 72 hours!

I use certified organic whole wheat berries sourced from Janie’s Mill and grown in Michigan and Illinois.

This bread contains the entire wheat kernel! Stone grinding the whole wheat berries just before mixing the dough ensures the maximum flavor and nutrients are present.
